Rise Again Outreach is a Christian faith-centered organization operating in central New Hampshire. Our method of operating for all of our activities is inspired by the ministry of Jesus, who was sent by God into the world “…not to condemn the world, but to save the world through him” (John 3:16-17).

Mobile Pantry – Brings compassionate assistance into struggling neighborhoods, distributing donated clothing, non-perishable food and personal care items.

Aftercare – Seeks to transform the lives of ex-offenders as they transition from incarceration to community.

Reach4Hope – An outreach to the homeless, providing personal care and survival items.
