The mission of Rise Again Outreach is to share God’s love with people who are in crisis or poverty by helping to meet their temporal and spiritual needs. We plan to lease, build or purchase a facility in the capital area to use as a Day Shelter/Learning Center to assist the neediest among us, including the homeless, ex-offenders, refugees and others trapped in poverty. The life, ministry and mission of Jesus, the focus of our faith, is the inspiration for our organization.
